Common questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Logiqura → tap the gear icon (Settings) → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. Your “Remove Ads” purchase will be re-applied. It is the only purchase Logiqura has.
My streak reset — what happened?
Daily challenge streaks are based on the calendar day in your device's local time zone. If you didn't complete at least one daily challenge before midnight, the streak resets. The streak is shared per game — Sudoku, 2048, and Grid Gloom each have their own daily.
I see ads even though I bought Remove Ads
This is almost always a restore issue. Open Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't fix it within 30 seconds, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still stuck? Contact us with your Apple ID purchase receipt and we'll get it sorted.
Game Center isn't showing my leaderboard score
Make sure Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings → Game Center, and that you’ve signed in. Logiqura submits scores in the background — they can take a minute to appear. There are three leaderboards, one per 2048 board size (4×4, 5×5 and 6×6), and they record your best score rather than resetting.
Will Logiqura come to iPad?
Logiqura is currently iPhone-only. iPad is on the roadmap but not committed to a date. The good news: it runs in iPhone-app mode on iPad if you'd like to use it that way today.
Will Logiqura come to Android?
Not currently planned. Logiqura is built natively with Swift and SwiftUI — porting would mean a full rewrite, which would dilute the focus on iOS quality.
Is there a subscription?
No. Logiqura is free with ads, and there is one optional one-time purchase, Remove Ads. Hints are not for sale — a hint costs one optional rewarded video, and only when you ask for one. There’s no subscription. Ever.
Accessibility
Logiqura has a Colorblind Mode (Settings → Accessibility → Colorblind Mode) and scales with your text size outside the game boards. Reduce Motion is followed for screen transitions, result screens and the achievement overlay; the game boards still animate. Menu rows, settings rows and the Back control meet Apple's 44pt minimum, but some in-game controls are smaller — the Sudoku number pad shrinks to fit nine keys across a narrow screen. It does not offer full VoiceOver gameplay: menus and controls are labelled, but the puzzle boards themselves are not playable by VoiceOver alone. If you hit a wall, please tell us — we want to fix it.
Reset progress
Want a fresh start? Settings → Advanced → Reset All Progress. This is permanent and clears stats, streaks, and achievements. Your Remove Ads purchase is NOT affected.
