Common questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Logiqura → tap the gear icon (Settings) → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. Your "Remove Ads" purchase and any unused hints will be re-applied.
My streak reset — what happened?
Daily challenge streaks are based on the calendar day in your device's local time zone. If you didn't complete at least one daily challenge before midnight, the streak resets. The streak is shared per game — Sudoku, 2048, and Grid Gloom each have their own daily.
I see ads even though I bought Remove Ads
This is almost always a restore issue. Open Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't fix it within 30 seconds, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still stuck? Contact us with your Apple ID purchase receipt and we'll get it sorted.
Game Center isn't showing my leaderboard score
Make sure Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings → Game Center, and that you've signed in. Logiqura submits scores in the background — they can take a minute to appear on the leaderboard. Daily and weekly LP leaderboards reset on a rolling schedule.
Will Logiqura come to iPad?
Logiqura is currently iPhone-only. iPad is on the roadmap but not committed to a date. The good news: it runs in iPhone-app mode on iPad if you'd like to use it that way today.
Will Logiqura come to Android?
Not currently planned. Logiqura is built natively with Swift and SwiftUI — porting would mean a full rewrite, which would dilute the focus on iOS quality.
Is there a subscription?
No. Logiqura is free with ads, and you can optionally make one-time purchases to remove ads or buy hints. There's no subscription. Ever.
Accessibility
Logiqura supports VoiceOver across all three games, a dedicated Colorblind Mode (Settings → Accessibility → Colorblind Mode), Reduce Motion (honors your iOS system setting), and enlarged touch targets that meet Apple's 44pt minimum. If you hit an accessibility wall, please tell us — we want to fix it.
Reset progress
Want a fresh start? Settings → Advanced → Reset All Progress. This is permanent and clears stats, streaks, and achievements. Purchases (Remove Ads, remaining hints) are NOT affected.
