This privacy policy applies to the Logiqura app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the Logiqura developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- Device type and operating system version
- Crash logs and performance data
- Game progress and statistics (stored locally on your device)
- Advertising ID (IDFA) when you grant permission for personalized ads

The Application uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device information and Advertising ID (IDFA) when you have granted tracking permission. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

Apple Game Center
If you choose to use Game Center features (leaderboards), your Game Center ID and scores will be shared with Apple according to their privacy policy.

Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Location data
- Photos or camera access
- Contacts
- Payment information (handled securely by Apple)
Local Data Storage
Your game progress, settings, and puzzle completions are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you use iCloud backup (controlled by your device settings).
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Advertising: You can opt out of personalized ads by:
- iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Denying tracking permission when prompted by the app
Children's Privacy
The Application is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Application does not require any account creation or personal information input.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
