Privacy Policy for Logiqura

This privacy policy applies to the Logiqura app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the Logiqura developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash logs and performance data
• An app-instance identifier used to group crash reports from this installation
• Approximate (coarse) location, derived by our advertising partners from your IP address
• The Advertising Identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when asked
• Game progress and statistics (stored locally on your device)

App Tracking Transparency. On first launch the Application asks, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether it may use your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA). If you allow it, the identifier is shared with Google AdMob so the ads you see can be matched to your interests and measured. If you decline, do not answer, or have tracking switched off in iOS Settings, the identifier is never read and every ad request is non-personalized. You will see the same number of ads either way, and you can change your answer at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Third Party Services

The Application uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you:

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device and ad-delivery information, approximate location and, where you allowed tracking, the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Where consent is required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for it before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice from Settings > Privacy Options inside the app. No ad of any kind is requested until both that consent form and the App Tracking Transparency prompt have been answered.

Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and performance data to improve app stability. This includes device information, crash stack traces, an app-instance identifier and session timing, but does not include personally identifiable information. Crash reporting starts after the consent step has been answered, not when the app launches, so nothing is sent and no app-instance identifier is created until then. The trade-off is that a crash occurring during launch, before that point, is not reported. From version 3.0 the Application does not use Firebase Analytics.

Apple Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center features (leaderboards), your Game Center ID and scores will be shared with Apple according to their privacy policy.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Precise location data
• Photos or camera access
• Contacts
• Payment information (handled securely by Apple)

Local Data Storage

Your game progress, settings, and puzzle completions are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you use iCloud backup (controlled by your device settings).

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Advertising: You can decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or turn it off later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and the Application will request non-personalized ads only. Where a consent form applies to you, you can review or change that choice at any time from Settings > Privacy Options inside the app. The one-off Remove Ads purchase removes banners and interstitials entirely.

Children's Privacy

The Application is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Application does not require any account creation or personal information input.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
